Similar experience, does not return phone calls or emails timely, didn't show up for the installation work on any sort of schedule, and we have serious installation issues and we can't get a hold of Pat to address them. Email sent with details in December, then again in March, still waiting.
We wanted to have hardwood floors installed by this company. Pat was very difficult to get a hold of. He would not answer his phone, had to always leave a voice mail. Sometimes it took him a couple days to get back to us. Said he left his phone at home. Against my wife's better judgement, we hired him to do our floors. He asked us in an email if we could give him a 50% down payment, or anything else, that it would be greatly appreciated if we did.
