Travis took on a job that was unique. He harvested flooring from one area to replace damaged flooring in our kitchen. The flooring had been discontinued. Other companies wanted to replace all of our flooring for a lot more time, inconvenience and money. Travis is personable and knows a lot about flooring. The one difficulty was a miscommunication for the initial quote, we were able to reschedule and everything went smoothly after that.
Travis is very personable and hardworking. He is very knowledgeable regarding types of flooring and helped us select what was best for our wants and needs. We love the flooring and the job Travis did for us.
Travis did a great job on short notice replacing a engineered flooring board after we had accidentally gouged it while scraping off paint. We were in a time crunch due to prepping our house for sale. Travis responded quickly and made some schedule changes to accommodate us. He was professional and affable on the job, and he left us a stain marker to use for the scratches! I can definitely recommend this business for any hardwood flooring needs.
Travis and his team were very professional and completed the job on time. Travis was very responsive in scheduling and communicating. The floors look amazing and I am pleased with how they look.
Travis and his team were some of the best we have worked with for home projects, he can't say enough great things! Our hardwood floors came out beautifully and Travis was very transparent about any “imperfections” there may be with the end results due to long term use and wear and tear.
