Great customer service up front but buyer beware! Within 6 months of purchase and install random boards are peeling up and we’re seeing a ton of staining that’s impossible to get out. Now they’re saying I have to pay $500 for a certified inspector to come to my house prior to any warranty claims
Trent and the other sales people at Hardwood Bargains have been so helpful and informative. Trent, especially, followed up and offered to order samples or have samples ready if I called for yet another color. I was always greeted promptly at the store and helped right away. HB has a nice selection of LVP and engineered hardwood to choose from.
