We worked with Juan Sandoval for our floor project. Ever since we entered the store he was super attentive and helpful. Guided us to what best worked for our budget and project size and was attentive the whole time via call and email. He gave us the best possible rates. Juan (Sandoval) was a life saver as I obtained flooring for a remodel. I met Juan in person on my first visit to HB and he was very knowledgeable as I communicated to him what I was looking for; he guided me to find the perfect fit for my needs. After my visit, he followed up and continued to deliver professionalism as well as top notch customer service! He always communicated so quickly and thoroughly, answering all of my questions with great detail. I will be a returning customer at HB for projects to come.
This is a long-overdue review for Hardwood Bargains Cedar Park location. Due to some miscommunication between us and our contractors, there were quite a few changes in the purchase of the flooring.
