RecommendedVery nice, very clean, and very courteous establishment. They were able to fit me in on short notice to get a tattoo on my birthday. Kamren tattooed exactly what I asked for very quickly and neatly. I absolutely love my new little moon phase tat. He was also super nice and friendly. I will definitely return here and recommend them to anyone who needs an awesome artist in the area.
On a whim, I stopped by and asked for some details. The folks at the front of the shop were so friendly and didn’t pressure me into anything — the shop looked super clean, I wasn’t being pressured, this is where I wanted to get the work done. I believe that you have to be a right fit for your artist & vice versa. Sid was the artist for me. Super professional, and often concerned how I was during the procedure. Sid is my guy for as long as I’m in Wilmington!
Went to Hardwire late Friday night wanting to get my belly button done and David Porter helped me immediately. He was so awesome, and helpful. It looks great! You have to get him todo any of your piercing's!!!
My daughter, my friend and I decided at the spur of the moment to go get a tattoo together. We found Hardwire Tattoo my sheer luck. The place is the cleanest, most professional, honest and friendliest places I’ve ever been in. RJ did an AWESOME job on my daughter’s dream tattoo that she’s been wanting forever and he did an awesome job on my friends tattoo of a cute turtle. I went to Hardwire pretty late last night and Sid worked me in right away. It was a very good experience and he kept the conversation up and funny the entire time. I definitely recommend this place!!
went to see Sid today and got a little ink therapy , over all one of the best if not the best in town, very good at what he does and everyone there very professional
it was an amazing experience was great ppl all the way around. Would go back tomorrow if I could.

I waited all day literally and I am super happy I did. Ended up with mark, he’s absolutely ducking awesome. I don’t need to look elsewhere for a permanent artist. He is wonderful super light handed.. probably the lightest of anyone I’ve been inked by which is over 30 times lol. He only works t-Thursday needless to say I’ll be going back in
