Had the “triple helix forward” piercing done July 2019 at Hardwire Tattoo. It was explained to me that it would take awhile to heal, I expected it. I was following all of the post piercing care instructions and treating this piercing like a baby. 8 months into having the piercing done, I contacted the piercer because my ear was still swollen, red, and crusty. Just left my first tattoo appointment with Matt Donnelly and all I can say is not a single person will ever do my tattoos again he was incredible! From listening to what we really wanted and then changing our minds on the design not 1 time but 3 times and he was so awesome about it and so patient he was cool no problem! My daughter and I went into Hardwire to get a matching tattoo. We both live out of state and were in town visiting my mom. My daughter had gotten a tattoo last year from Hardwire and was very impressed. We were greeted and told about an hour wait. No biggie for us. This was my second time getting a tattoo at the downtown location. Great customer service and the staff is always friendly! They are quick to get you in and really listen to make sure your tattoo comes out just how you want. My mom and I got matching ones, done by Zac! He was fantastic and made the experience great.
