Nowadays there are few business owners focusing on after sale Service. Ibrahim and his team are one of them. I had a situation of missing rare drawer part, which is making the whole kitchen system look pretty bad. I approached Hardware intelligence and they helped find the part and offered to deliver to BC at no cost. I doubt there is anyone else who will go above and beyond to serve their current and prospective client.
