RecommendedWe love living at Hardware Apartments! The amenities are amazing, the staff is amazing and we love our apartment with a gorgeous view of the Capitol. The sky deck is heavenly!!! I highly recommend living here as it is the most luxurious apartments in downtown Salt Lake.

Great place to live. Apartment quality and amenities are amazing and have withstood the test of time. Property is well-maintained. The staff is always responsive to questions or concerns and seem to be in touch with the needs of Hardware residents. Lots of well-planned community events throughout the year and lots of other surprise perks for residents, as well.
Hardware is awesome since it’s has the best apartment pool in Salt Lake City!

Easily the best place to live in downtown SLC. The gym is incredible, the speak-easy bar, the rooftop pool, the Library: unique and stylish all at the same time. Hardware management team are extremely professional and great to work with, they make the building feel like home! Furthermore, they throw the best parties: Holiday parties, pool parties, wine and cheese parties, halloween parties. If you want to live downtown, it’s the only place to be 💯
A truly unique and incredible place to call home! I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The amenities are the absolute best. BAR NONE! The charm and atmosphere put the living environment over the top. I spend more time in their library room by the giant fire than I do in my apartment. Oh and let’s not forget about the pool and hot tub on the roof! If you want the best this place is the best.
