I love this place. The trainers are highly qualified and the focus is on technique and building strength safely. I've done kettlebell work for over ten years and my strength has grown measurably over the past three months. Kettlebell is my favorite strength training activity for how dynamic and varied the exercises can be. It's fantastic to find a gym that really does it right.
I dropped in for the Kettlebell Foundations classes, and I’ll admit, I was a little intimidated at first. That feeling disappeared quickly. The staff here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honestly exceptional at what they do. I’m glad this facility works out for those attending. Happy for them! Although I’m saddened on how they treat their community members and neighbors. When i called i got a “HARDSTYLE.” Please do better and maintain a higher standard of professionalism. Makes me wonder if this behavior deters folks.
