I hired Nature’s Companion Landscaping for seasonal snow removal (Nov 2025 - April 2026) at $790.56 for one side of my shared driveway. Contract stated service would begin at 3” of snowfall, and the owner confirmed via email that driveways would be “clean before 8am” since they work night shift. SERVICE FAILURES: ∙ Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 28-30, 2025): Over 3” of snow fell. No service provided until I contacted the owner to report the no-show.
