I am completely dissatisfied with this service. Not only was the customer service unprofessional and unresponsive, but the actual work performed was incredibly poor. They left debris all over my driveway, damaged existing plants, and refused to fix their mistakes when pointed out. They clearly cut corners and do not care about the quality of their work. Avoid this company if you want actual results and reliable communication. I expect management to contact me immediately to process my refund.
Terrible service. The workers are absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. The landscapers will smoke cigarettes in front of your house and use your electricity for non business related reasons like microwaving their food and charging different appliances. I don’t mind them using my electricity so much if they were good at their landscape job. Their work is very subpar and it will feel like they are doing the bare minimum. Please take your money else where.
