This is an updated review from my previous one a year ago and is a much scaled down version. I purchased my roof from Hard Rock a year ago almost to the day. After the torrential rains we had, on 4/07/23 I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. I immediately reached out to the company. The only contact information I had was Sebastian’s so I texted him with pictures. He said it was most likely condensation from my HVAC but if it was the roof they would fix it. Hardrock Consulting performed a complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms and our experience was great. We are thrilled with the results! Sebastian was very responsive and the communication was excellent through out the project. He was very patient and helpful with all our requests. His partner Steven was also prompt in answering any questions. The team prioritizes customer satisfaction and we would highly recommend Hardrock consulting!
