Austin said he was busy and took my number to call back for a reservation request. He never called me back. I called through the night and there was no answer at the hotel? I'll take my business elsewhere.
Charity provided amazing service during our late-night check-in! We were exhausted from traveling, and she was so kind and helpful. She made sure we were settled into our room quickly with everything we needed. Thank you, Charity!
We booked a room for 4 people and we arrived at 6pm. The check in time is 3pm. While trying to check into our room, the front desk tells us that their housekeeper wasn’t there yet and he would be there in 30 minutes. When we got back 45 minutes later he tells us that the housekeeper still hasn’t arrived and that he would be coming in an additional hour and a half.
