We rented two rooms here; one for my wife and I and the other for our daughters. The staff was polite, and the lobby set up well enough. However, "tired" does not begin to explain or excuse this place. Our room had a bed that literally creaked and groaned (the loud metallic squealing kind) with EVERY little move. The carpet and paint were shot, the walls were so thin at one point we literally thought the guy next door was int he room with us. The young man working the desk was very accommodating and polite. The location was perfect for me, the Saltwater tavern, cracker box cafe and casinos were easily within walking distance and the basement parking garage made me feel that my car and belongings would be safe.

We checked into our room, it's nice. We turned on the heat and it did not work. Tried a couple of different things still no heat. Went to the front desk and asked about another room. Gave us another room, there's no heat in that room either. Then we were offered a heater for our room. Heater didn't throw any heat. So clearly they know that there's an issue with the heat in this place. Since we booked online we can't cancel and get our money back.
