Matt was awesome! Took his time to get us exactly what we wanted, helped with placement, was super funny and entertaining to talk to. Great sense of humor and honest customer service.
They made my daughter’s ear piercing experience seem less and could not have been nicer. Can not recommend them enough.
Matt and I go way back. He has done all of my tattoo work, totalling close to 80 hours. Since meeting Matt, I have moved to Texas, yet almost always, when coming back to Washington, aside from giving my mom a kiss and a hug, his shop is the first place I go to. They were so patient. My granddaughters got their ears pierced today and it took well over an hour because after the first ear was done they were too afraid to have the 2nd ear done!
My husband and I both went in for tattoos and he did a great job on both. There was no pressure and he was very welcoming to my husband changing his mind several times. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back for future work for sure. He really is passionate about doing dog tattoos. I have been to other artist that are all about the money from the beginning but Matt really just talked about what we wanted and made it happen.
