Purchased a new ASV from Hardline and couldn't be happier with the transaction. Troy showed me several different financing options and how they would play out. He went over how maintenance scheduling would go and after my terrible experience with Power Motive and my Takeuchi, told me I could call him personally if I ever had trouble getting it scheduled for service (though I doubt it will be an issue). Dishonest attitude. Deceptive business practice. If you do not want to be screwed - do not deal with them. Their boss Troy will do anything to make you pay more than you should. They make us pay more and won't refund the money. They made up lots of reasons do not pay us back. Just find another place. Avoid dealing with them.
Avoid like the plague unless you have no self respect. Tried to buy a new ASV RT75HD and was standing in the office with the ASV rep after test driving the brand new 120 they had in the lot when when the salesman essentially sold it out from under me to a buyer on the phone who hadn't given a deposit. I pulled cash out and said "I'm right here!" and still nothing. Then the other buyer backed out so the salesman calls me to say he's sorry and offer a discount but changes the invoice effectively charging me $1000 more! Couldn'... read more
Purchased a Asv rt50 from Russ Loomis. I live in Utah and I dealt with russ over the phone. I had trouble getting financing that I was comfortable with paying so it decided to purchase with cash instead. Russ was very accommodating with me and held the machine long enough for me to move my finances around. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another machine from Hardline equipment.
