As I have read in other reviews, custom home prices using subpar materials. Customer support, once you move in, is non-existent. As well as the QC by their site personnel. High price, extremely low quality, way below industry standard on QC, and their warranty is non-existent. Stay away unless you like beating a flat spot on your forehead.
Worst builders ever! They use garbage in their homes and appliances never respond to an issue they always make the issue out to be your fault plus they have this uncanny ability to look right at you and lie right to your face I unfortunately fell victim to them please please please no one out there ever buy a house from them you will be sorry and now I’m the one who stuck trying to get out of this house which is a death trap. Terrible experience... Had an issue with my new home that is under warranty regarding the HVAC system in my bathroom. I will attach pictures if I'm able... I had a quite large mold and mildew issue occur and Hardison wanted to just come out and clean the drywall which I think is a piss poor way to handle mold and mildew issues. They finally sent out an HVAC trade and they stated the fan in the bathroom had a flapper than was stuck open. I have all very positive experiences with Hardison. Quality work and always does work/repairs in a timely manner. The office staff is amazing, especially Margie. Always calls back promptly and follows up on repair work to make sure your happy with the results. We love our Hardison Home!
My experience with Hardison Building Company was nothing short of amazing. The quality of the detail, the floor plan, the extras, design were more than I expected. My orientation with Paul was informative with all of the details that I will need to know to maintain the house. My experience with the other contractors was great. Worst builders in North Carolina. You pay custom builders pricing only to get a production home. Do not stand by their product.
The attention to detail is not there in these homes. They don't have a high level of standards and will not fix mistakes or issues. They constantly say that it is industry standards which is the lowest standards.
The worst home I have ever owned. Poor quality, Poor craftsmanship and terrible service. Absolutely nothing repaired correctly and most not repaired at all. He has a BS excuse for everything
