Have had multiple problems at this office. A lot of the time they do not call/text when your glasses come in, you have to be on top of them getting back to you. I have 2 different eye insurances and should be able to get two different glasses or glasses and contacts. When I was there at my appointment the assistant checked, said i could only get one or the other, then had to have the actual doctor check and finally was able to get a pair of glasses and contacts. It took a long time to get an appointment, though once we were there the staff was pleasant. I scheduled a basic eye exam and updated prescription for my daughter so we could order glasses through a third-party provider. When I went to place the order, the glasses manufacturer informed me that part of her prescription was missing. After contacting the office to correct the issue, I was told we would need to return and pay an additional fee to obtain information that should have been included in the original self-pay exam. My husband went here to Hardinsburg Eye Care. He was treated wonderfully they took good care of him. We have gone to this location over several years. Great staff and eye doctors. I would recommend them to anyone.
