It has been hard this year to find good roses raised in Florida....but Hardin's has them!
Their roses have no guarantee. Not even a 30 day. I purchased 5 roses in Early May and 4 are wonderfully blooming, but the 5th dropped leaves from day one. Looking at it yesterday I determined it was dead and called and left message as to what was my options, return for credit or refund. They never retuned my message, so I called this morning and I was told they don't have a policy in place for dead roses. I spent $133.00 but they will not reimburse the original price of $24.99 plus tax.
Great people, great products wonderful customer service. Beats the pants off the Big Box Stores!!!!! Nothing like a local family run business--- I wish there were more like it.
They have the most beautiful and healthy roses, and John is always helpful. Not to mention that their fertilizer and growing recommendations have given me a gorgeous rose garden!
Very helpful and knowledgeable, even after the sale. We followed their directions and our roses are doing great!
Hardin's Nursery is where I buy my roses exclusively. They have the best selection and the best quality of roses on Fortuniana stock, a must in our area. Not only that but John, Karen, and Amy are a wealth of information as well as Artie and Akim. I always go away after gleaning a little more information about roses.
