Pharmacist was impatient and rude. And, from other reviews, seems like I’m not the only one experiencing this. Perhaps she should stay away from the counter if she can’t be kind. I didn’t ask for or require her assistance.
I have been through the other pharmacies. I have a good amount of scripts and my dr is still seeking what works best for me. Scripts are altered alot. Blah blah blah. I was asked to go to Moore pharmacy to pick up a script for a friend...never left. Lol. Made me feel I'm from small town and have been incredibly friendly and spot on with everything. Can't recommend them enough !!!!!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Moore Family Pharmacy in Hardings, Plainwell, Michigan, for many years. There's a woman who has worked there for at least 15 years, and my recent experience with her was quite disappointing. She was unexpectedly rude and dismissive when she informed me that they would no longer fill my Zepbound prescription, despite my insurance covering it.
