The best place in San Ramon!! I've training the for many years just love that place !!!
I did the one week trial for cardio kick boxing, and after a week I was hooked. Josh is an awesome instructor and there is alot of great enrgy in the class. I highley recommend cardio kickboxing its the best!!!!!!!!
