Well through the grapevine Harding house has a new management company hehehe it's called bars residential and they're out of South Carolina Myrtle Beach and Ricky nickname is the guy that was supposed to have had his feet up on Taylor's desk now also through the grapevine the new management company told both Taylors that their jobs were secure it says on their website they've been in business for 3 years wonder why Arnold grounds pulled out and if that's true why is both Taylor still there what did they do quit their job at ... read more

Update Harding house residence are saying that a male came into the building and went into Taylor's the managers office and put his feet up on her desk they're saying that they heard through the grapevine that it could be a new owner okay kids won't be able to find anything out on the internet unless it is sold and then you would have to go through the taxation department maybe maybe they're getting a new management company that's when all the trouble started when they brought in Arnold grounds I'm telling you the manager th... read more

Update Sherry nicely moved out of Harding house and Taylor Swift the manager there at Harding house kept $200 and some dollars of her deposit and to replace flooring removed carpet and put vinyl flooring no 30-day notice no itemized cost to do this and there was no she didn't have by no when she moved in so they should not have kept her deposit I gave her the updated 20 25 security deposit Ohio laws website and who to contact she can take them to court they violated all laws and rules good luck Sherry go get them they deserv... read more

Don’t move in here they say they will fix things but don’t Heat problems plumbing Mold BedBugs Roaches no one cares management maintenance man does nothing hallways are filthy floors elevators only work half the time The owner doesn’t want to put money in the building Mamager is disrespectful Feels like no one cares because we’re old

Do do not repeat do not live at Harding House Franklin Ohio the management is terrible apartments have mold apartments have bed bugs apartments have roaches there is so much work to be done there and the owners green national will not provide money but the management Arnold grounds the manager there is name is Taylor and she is unf a new owner is looking at the property now I would wait until they buy it and fix it the roof has been leaking down in between the walls the foyer and the hallways get flooded there is mold in the... read more
