Doctor Arruj and his staff are amazing! He listens and is friendly and knowledgeable. He has helped me with health goals that I couldn’t have attained without his expertise and support. His receptionist’s have always gone above and beyond to help me as well. This is a doctor who we are fortunate to have in our community!!!!
I feel sorry to those who have felt this way to put those abusive and obscene comments about the front desk receptionist's. I find them to be professional and extremely devoted workers. I'm sure In the medical field, not everything is easy to explain nor understand, and maybe they are just reflecting back the attitude you are treating them with. You're doing great ladies, Keep up the good work. They're just being biased.
Not a very great experience the staff is so rude seemed like discrimination like right away telling me I would not get a prescription like how rude and my appt is 11:40 and I am still waiting I have very bad anxiety and I told her that obviously mental health doesn't matter...
