Patiently answered all questions asked by my family about new features. 3. Was transparent and honest in explaining vehicle availability. 4. No up-selling of optional features 5. I purchased a CRV-Hybrid Touring edition from Napleton's and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone on the sales team was so helpful and professional. I have brought my CRV in for service and oil changes, etc and I have to say their service department is amazing and so helpful as well. I have to give every employee that I have dealt with at this dealership a 5 star rating. This has been the most efficient car purchasing experience I ever had. I highly recommend Anderson Honda as it has great availability over the color annd option I wanted, and everyone here is supportive. I quoted other dealership in South Bay and trust me, you won’t regret driving a bit to this one near MTV. i received amazing quote from Craig, and transaction with Joe and George was nothing more than a breeze. It was great! Was told oil change would take est. 75 mins (including tire rotation ) but actually took only like 55 mins. So that was great. Customer svc rep, David foss was both friendly & knowledgeable!
