⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WARNING: Do not let Heather give you a tour unless you have your checkbook ready. She showed me every building, gave me a calendar (employee edition, very exclusive), and the next thing I knew I was signing papers. She didn’t even pressure me — she’s just THAT good. And don’t even get me started on the patriotic outfit she had on — nothing makes you want to invest in SETX local buildings like Heather showing up dressed up like the Fourth of July. Absolute legend. No cap.
