I only gave 1 star because I could not add 0. I traded my 2012 Taurus for a Tahoe. I got the tahoe took it straight to my mechanic as I needed rotors as my brakes were horrible. Found out the brakes had only 10% left on them. Then found out I needed another $4500 worth of work. Transmission leaking, Main belt rotted about to break, all fluids in bad shape, Oil pan gasket pouring oil this is to name only a few items. I understand I bought a used car but coming from a big dealership would have never guessed I would need to spe... read more

The salesman and manager had been in contact with the customer in regards to the issues she was having with the purchase of her 2007 Tahoe. On Feb 2, 2022 Hardin Chevrolet paid $488.00 for repairs. In further discussion we wanted to pay for the brakes as well. We needed the invoice for our records to proceed with the reimbursement to the customer. Payables were delayed as health issues were a factor, but as soon as the office manager returned she was able to process the request. It is never our intention to sell an unsafe ve... read more
