I Dropped off my vehicle off to have it check, due to loosing dash functions. At 8am and no one call to give me an update thru- out the day, a mechanic call me at 6PM and told me the my vehicle was still NOT looked at, I was very disappointed, so I called next morning and talked the the service department manager who was very rude, and told me that they were going to check my vehicle later. On Friday, 05/15, my father and I drove from Riverside to Hardin to look at a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate that was advertised on the dealership’s website. Before making the drive, I specifically called to confirm the vehicle was still available and to verify the advertised pricing. I had a collapsed radiator hose, dealership charged $1500 for parts and labor that did not fix the problem. They seem to be incompetent and dishonest, they wouldn't refund my money. Service manager was rude and acted like I was the problem for bringing it to his attention. Stay away from this place, it's toxic. Check out the live ammunition on the service counter when you walk into the service department. Creepy

Working with Justin in service has been a great experience! He did a great job of listening to what brought me in for service, making notes of it for the technicians and explaining the process to me. Just a really nice, friendly hard working man and you can tell he cares about his customers and the business he represents.
