I had a collapsed radiator hose, dealership charged $1500 for parts and labor that did not fix the problem. They seem to be incompetent and dishonest, they wouldn't refund my money. Service manager was rude and acted like I was the problem for bringing it to his attention. Stay away from this place, it's toxic. Check out the live ammunition on the service counter when you walk into the service department. Creepy
Working with Justin in service has been a great experience! He did a great job of listening to what brought me in for service, making notes of it for the technicians and explaining the process to me. Just a really nice, friendly hard working man and you can tell he cares about his customers and the business he represents.
Service Department was excellent and communication was great.
