All I can say is Wow, I’ve never had the experience in which an attorney supports their client in holding my payment for services rendered to our mutual client and not respond to even reach an agreement and be this unprofessional. Instead of resolving, just making matters worse. I will leave this one star review until my company achieves communication with Attorney Mattie and we close this nightmare of experience dealing with her firm. So glad that Hardin, Ball & Tondreault, PA were able to take on the legal issues and sale of my deceased mother's Trust property, of which I was the grieving Trustee. The retainer fee was very reasonable, and Paula Vann (from their Real Estate Department) was the top-notch performer & guide on all of the issues involved.
