I don’t write reviews lightly, and I certainly never expected to be in a position where I needed to hire an attorney to defend myself after a house fire. But here I am. I am a disabled veteran. So glad that Hardin, Ball & Tondreault, PA were able to take on the legal issues and sale of my deceased mother's Trust property, of which I was the grieving Trustee. The retainer fee was very reasonable, and Paula Vann (from their Real Estate Department) was the top-notch performer & guide on all of the issues involved. Julie was thorough in her consultation with me regarding a contractual dispute. Although she recommended that I pursue a direct settlement with the other party she gave me tons of valid talking points, made me confident in my position and gave me angles of research. The research she recommended was the key factor in quickly resolving my issue. All I can say is Wow, I’ve never had the experience in which an attorney supports their client in holding my payment for services rendered to our mutual client and not respond to even reach an agreement and be this unprofessional. Instead of resolving, just making matters worse.
