Aiden was able to take my son at the very last minute. He was warm and welcoming, and made sure my son felt comfortable the entire time. He stayed focused and did a great job.
I was in search of a new barber and saw this barbershop by my area. I decided to book an appointment with Louie. First time getting a haircut with Louie was great. He was ready when I got there. I've had bad experiences prior because the barber would always make me wait, even with an appointment. In and out with him. He did an excellent job. I will most likely keep going to get my haircut with him going forward. I definitely recommend him.
Very disappointing experience. My appointment was confirmed, yet the barber never showed up. I waited, and none of the other barbers made any effort to explain what was happening or let me know he wasn’t coming. No communication, nothing.This felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
