I wouldn’t recommend using Ktasha because she is always slow to respond and gets mad when you call her out on it. I asked her to do revisions because there were some errors on my previous taxes. It took her weeks to respond and she got an attitude because I expect quality service. I let her slide too many times with and without an assistant.
