We used this management company for two years. They were great at finding tenants and getting the house rented out. Over the last two years we didn’t need them because some family friends moved into the house. We used them to write up the rental agreement. We had all plans of using them to keep it rented after our family friends moved out. Our first tenants moved out early and didn’t pay some of the last month rent. Scott has been my property mangers since 2021. Scott almost never follows through with what he says he is going to do. The most common response is a thumbs up. It is very difficult to get ahold of Scott. Scott says a lot of things that sound good, but reality rarely matches what he says or promises. If you want a proactive responsive property manager I recommend someone else. If you’re ok with bare minimum, Scott can probably deliver.
