We protested our taxes twice (2years). The first year it was a zero percent adjustment so they would represent us again for the second year only to once again get a zero percent adjustment again. We had to contact them multiple times to get our results and to see why no adjustment was approved. The second year we had to call and ask for our results. Ms. Kohlstedt, we cannot control the results of any property tax protest, which is why we do not guarantee results. That being said, our ability to argue for reductions in the market value is somewhat limited when the property owner does not supply any information with regard to the condition of the property.
