We had a large tree planted by the village about 20 years ago. In the past, we done some trimming of the tree but found it was too much for us. The lower branches came down where walking on the sidewalk and upper branches were touching telephone and electric lines. We have had currently mini-bursts of wind, we were concerned. We contacted Harder for an estimate and Jack Harder was out quickly and gave us an estimate that was fair and extensive. He also gave me some advice on how secure our tree was so that was a plus. Love what my yard looks like! Jack was super busy and was able to get it done in a day after I waited (and nudged him) a bit. The timing was all on me - I needed to start the process earlier. I asked for native plants and he did great with his selection. I love each and every one. I can't wait to do my backyard next!!
Nice people
They came out and completed the evaluation for a tree cutting quote, but I never received the promised follow-up call or email. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. If they can’t follow through on something this simple, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them with the actual job. Very disappointing experience.
