I wasn’t so lucky with this company, my home wasn’t taken care of properly to my standards and the tenants didn’t repair or replace the things they stole and damaged while keeping their deposit. The agent/owner told me I asked too many questions and her family didn’t feel comfortable dealing with me. Also how luck I was and how things could’ve been much worse. Military beware if you’re going overseas or anyone who will not be in the area to keep an eye on your property!!!
I rented a home from Harder for a year. They were very good to work with! Everything they said would be done was. Their on line payment system was flawless. Very easy. Loretta and Frank were a pleasure to meet and work with. They were fair and honest in all of our dealings. First class people!!
