I rented a house over a year from them company. They were nice, professional, and always available when I needed them. If I ever rent, sell, or buy again I would go through this company.
Harder is my property manager and I've waited a whole year to write this review. They are awesome!!! They are very transparent, which is my golden rule. Honest and hold up their side of the deal. If your told something is going to be fixed it is! They didn't micro manage my house gave me privacy and made being a renter a dream! With one email all my concerns were addressed.
