I want to say that Clarence working at Hardee’s in Jamestown is an exceptional worker. He was extremely polite and came and asked if we needed anything several times and also took our food. He was very nice to other customers as well and gave a warm greeting. Excellent experience this guy deserves a raise. Food was great too!
Ordered the Loaded Breakfast burrito this morning. All I got was a flat, folded up egg in a tortilla. What the hell? No wonder Carl's Jr is better.
We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for our meal. So much for fast food. The food wasn't that warm either.
What a disappointment, went through the drive thru so excited to eat a burger. Wait about 15 mins at the window for my food. It wasn't busy at all so I don't know what they were doing, I think they must have been burning my bun because it was tough and looked burnt when I did get it. When I finally get my food I didn't get any kind of "I'm sorry for the wait" nothing. Then I get home open my food..the bacon cheddar fries have a dollop of cheese and no bacon.
