I've been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for years, and they constantly disappoint. The wait is always ridiculous, and the end result is horrible food. They can't even make chicken tenders correctly. Everything about this place makes me wonder how they're even still open.
Recommendedwith COVID-19 drive thru is still open AND if you have a vehicle too big to fit through the drive thru or you have no vehicle at all you are still welcome. just walk up to the window 😀
If you see the bun is black when you’re making a sandwich, try using a new one that’s not burnt!!
I went there for lunch one day and then for a shake the next day. The major complaint I had in the end is that the fries tasted like they were around for awhile. No worries, I’ll be back.
This was the crunchiest food item I have ever eaten... and I'm not talking about the fries, chicken, or even the hash rounds. I'm talking about the biscuit. The ONLY redeeming quality Hardee's has had in the last 10 years is their breakfast. Sadly, those days, too, are gone. I can LITERALLY read what the wrapper said on the cheese. This is why I don’t go to Hardee’s. The bread on a frisco is NEVER toasted and always soggy. I took this one back in there and she ran it through three times and it still came out like this, and the crust half ripped off. I don’t know what the hell is going on with these fries...place is a joke. Employees are rude as hell too.
They call this food? Horrible service, disgusting food, not cooked all the way, dirty, sticky floor. I wouldn’t feed this food to my animals
Stopped at Hardee's this morning, went through the drive-thru. The young lady that took my order was rude. She basically rushed me through my order. When I finally got my food my Frisco melt was burnt and only had two(of the smallest) slices of ham!!! She proceeded to tell me that's how they're made...
I specifically told them to cook my food fresh took it out of the bag ice cold and not only that they left half of my order out I will never return to their Hardee ever again
