They messed up my order twice back to back in a 15 minute time frame I ordered a milkshake and got only half of it

I like Hardee's. Really. But this bit. Breakfast is fast, hot, and appetizing. This supper was not worth $2 much less the $5 I paid. They waited until I got to the window to drop my onion rings but my cheeseburger and fries were already finished and in the bag waiting for me. AVOID THIS PLACE This place is a dump. Very dirty restaurant. Food was terrible and the service is even worse.
How are you gonna tell me that you aren't gonna make more cookies in the middle of the day? I have children at home that were waiting on cookies and that was rude

I enjoy the local Hardee's . The breakfast is priced right and most of the time service is good. Especially considering the morning staff is understaffed. I tried the El Diablo burger tonight and loved it. It taste better than it looks. They need to get rid of the stupid commercial with the woman and just show the burger. It can sell itself with the just telling the facts of the jalapeno poppers and peppers on it make it delicious. !!!!!!!
The management is not professional. All rules and regulations should apply to "all" employee's.
