Went to your Marquette, Michigan, Drive-Thru. Got your Fish combos for my sister & I. Got back and we were NOT happy with the meals. Mine was only Warm...hers was COLD. The fish, itself, was dry and a bit rubbery. Like it had been under a warming lamp for several HOURS. Tried calling them; but, no one answered, after MANY rings. 2 UNhappy customers, here. FYI, David.
Got a milkshake with milk on top instead of whipped cream, and my order sat so long it was cold before it got to the window... Horrible!!!
Got into a full-on argument at the drive-thru window (with a manager mind you) First time that’s EVER happened. Cars piling up behind me in the drive-thru cue, Samantha handed me off to another employee to finish taking my order. Then I sat for well over ten minutes waiting, as a string of cars backed up also waited. Get home and they had forgotten my 2 large fries completely. Tried to contact Hardee’s TWICE before...crickets. Lots of other places sell burgers folks. Go there instead of here
