Rude, disrespectful employees that can barely count money
Cashier are unprofessional
I am LIVID!!! I visited the Hardees location on Lakeside Avenue today and the cashier, Lavar told me to f**k off, called me a dick head when I asked for the manager, then stood BEHIND the manager while I was speaking with her and kept telling me to suck his dick.... I have never been treated so disrepectfully by anyone in my life. The manager looked helpless.... And I'm sure that no discipline will occur. Staff is so rude. Went through the drive-thru for lunch and waited for 5 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. Said hello numerous times but no one answered... Decided to pull up to the window to place my order because I figured there was a technical difficulty. Was told by the employee that I would have to go back around because the car behind had ordered and they needed their food.... RecommendedWe ate in, thought that the place looked a bit run down and neglected, the napkin holder on our table was empty, no containers for ketchup, and the floor was very sticky... wasn't too impressed with the interior- but the food was fantastic, spot on- will go back for the food!🏼
I've had my own bad experiences at this Hardees, but after seeing the treatment a customer received at this location on video I can promise we won't be returning. The entire staff needs an overhaul.
The manger was very rude to every customer. I said good morning, she said no its not.... only females are and a truck out back. She ingorned customers.
The people that work at this location are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered in food service... I know that type of job sucks and rarely makes for a good day but you should at least be well spoken and courteous to your customers... The saving grace is that the order was correct and the food was acceptable....
