The employees apparently aren’t trained on which food is which my last 3 trips the order has been wrong and the food cold
straighten your employees up so our kid can join us and not hear nasty language
Incredibly rude staff followed w/ old & cold food did not make for a pleasant Sunday lunch. The manager did at least TRY to rectify the situation by replacing the food with fresh but stood idly by as the cashier threw his hands into my husbands face.. multiple times.. and called him “weird & strange”.. multiple times.. for requesting an allergy friendly alternative for my meal. Waited almost 30 minutes and left without food I paid for as service was rude and inadequate. used to eat here often as it was convenient. Don't waste your time or money bothering to do business here.
Just got charged $9 for a sausage and cheese biscuit and a chicken biscuit (no combo) let alone, biscuits were cold. Like cold cold
I had a problem with my beloved Hardee's today my review will depend on the resolution of the problem. I've been a customer here for 39 years we'll see
Nothing like waiting 10 min after paying at the drive thru to wait on food and they literally just dumped a scoop of fries in the bag. While waiting watched 2 young employees put 2 small handcarts in the shed and then play on their phones and yet they want $15 an hour!!!????
