Ordered a chicken biscuit and it was hard and soggy not sure how that happens but I wasn’t given a receipt and when I tried to cal the number online went to a fax tone. First AND last time eating here..

I've been dying for a hardees biscuit sandwich for a week. tried to stop before an appointment the other day but the wait was long. decided to stop by this morning. the line was long again (normal for a Saturday morning) but the line was once again barely moving. We arrived @ 9:40 PM after a volleyball tournament. All registers closed but the drive thru. Refused to cook chicken tenders. Floors mopped & door mats rolled up @ doors. Our items were bagged for to go. Ice tea put away & only soda available. Pathetic
We needed to grab a quick lunch between appointments. The food was OK, but the service was terrible. Both times we have eaten here, that has been the case. It took less time for me to get a mammogram done than it did to get two cheeseburger combos. Not sure if the place is understaffed, or just plain inefficient. Won't eat here again unless we're desperate.
My fries were cold 🥶 and my hamburger wasn’t hot and tasted old . The dining room could use some cleaning. It’s been a few years since I visited this Hardees hoping they would have improved.
My cinnamon raisin biscuits are always hard. That is what I couldn’t eat
my experiences have never been good. The lady who got my food wouldn't stop scratching her face. not one visit but three ! Everytime I sent my food back. This visit I walk in waited for someone to knowledge that I wanted to place an order. then no ketchup every table is dirty and then the lady after I told her she came and and use the same dirty rag on every table no bottle spray like they used to do in the old days it scares me now what's on the tables. I'd say new trailing and new management needed asap ! nasty
It would have been helpful if you could have a changing table in your restroom. My husband & I were very disappointed when we tried changing our son in the restroom. No changing table in women's or men's restroom.
