Me and my boyfriend come in today and the lady watched us walk up and continued to talk to who ever in the office about nonsense. When someone finally told her front line she come up to take our order. Then I seen the fries that didnt look fresh, so i asked for fresh fries. She continued to tell me they had just come up. When we went out to the lobby every table was dirty. When she brought our food out guess what. My fries were cold. Imagine that. This hardee's is absolutely terrible we WILL NOT BE BACK!
Got the wrong order today. Ordered a Monster burger #6 and when I got home to eat I found I had a single 1/3 patty chesseburger NOT an $11 Double bacon cheesburger order. They were always slow but I didn't mind the wait, til TODAY. I doubt they get me to go back. 2 stars only because I got a laugh of someone driving away without their food.
Sllllooooowwwwest restaurant ever!! How can you not get a hamburger made and out the window in under twenty minutes?!
