As I sit in the lobby waiting on my food. The manager is talking about closing the store at 10pm because he’s tired of this place and it’s a shit hole and this that and the other. And he’s telling the customers in the lobby that he’s quitting because they denied him a promotion. He’s showing out and telling his employees that they need to be ready to leave by 10. No need in acting the way he is when there is customers in the lobby. Very disappointed in this leadership.

My wife used the restroom and found a huge cockroach on running on the floor.
Where to start? After 25 years, they have gotten rid of the omelet biscuit! That was the only thing keeping me going to Hardee's! And this morning after waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes, they forgot one of my biscuits! So its Veterans Day and I pulled up to the drive through for breakfest in a line of about 12 cars. Since a lot of places do special things for Veterans I asked if they had any specials for Veterans Day and they said what? We didn't even know it was Veterans Day but we could give you a discount? So after I picked my jaw up I went ahead and ordered a biscuit.
