I am so sad to do this, however my family was there today for their endless biscuits and gravy and as we are eating there was a cockroach that was crawling on the floor. My husband and I tried to stay calm as we were getting up to leave another one came out. We dropped everything and left. On the way out I told a team member and she blamed it on the night crew because they don't do their job. Either way it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a restaurant!!!!! I'm actually writing about your APP. I had the FREE coffee pulled up but when I went to show it to the cashier it said I was logged out. I've tried all morning to enter the CORRECT ID and password with NO luck. What is going on with this APP?
If I could give a zero I would. Walked in and looked at the menu for a few minutes. I was the only one in the lobby. No greeting or even had anyone look at me. Stood there waiting for acknowledgment for about 3-4 minutes and walked right back out. Guess they didn't want my money. Won't be getting anymore either.
here Saturday morning December 14th the service is very slow
Worst food ever! Waited in line 10 minutes and the "fresh chicken strips" they made me wait for were horrible!
