I sat in the drive thru line for over 30 seconds with no one in front of me to be acknowledged....once I pulled off I heard him saying something. I went back around the restaurant Sat for another 10 to 15 seconds to be acknowledged then the man could not seem to keep up with my order. I pulled off. I will never go back again.
I'm really not a big fan of Hardee's food but yesterday me and a co-worker decided to eat there and I was really impressed with the burgers and everything was fresh I would have gave it a five-star but they were a little slow on taking the orders and bringing it to our table which it was hardly anybody in there
This is slowest ,rudest ,food not flesh ,cold .There was 2 people in restaurant me and another I waited so long I demand my money back .Manager not polite, Rude., Slow. Need new management new crew needs be Hired....... Corporate needs do something about this.......... Worst Hardees in North Alabama. Wall Triana and 72 hwy in Madison.
This is a joke. The girl who took our order was miserable. Wish I could post the pic of my mushroom swiss burger. I would complain but that's even scarier. Especially with little miss Ray of sunshine behind the counter.
The biscuits are the best I have ever had. Love the country ham and biscuit. I'm so glad you have added that to your menu.
This Hardee’s has the best biscuits I’ve ever eaten. Their country ham and biscuits are outstanding. Employees are friendly. We really like their burgers, too!
my son went over to this restaurant this morning while I was at the Dr and got served a completely RAW chicken sandwich!!! this momma is absolutely fuming... someone threw a raw chicken breast into the fryer and failed to check to see if it was done before serving to a customer! I pray he doesn't get food poisoning!! I have a photo of this sandwich, it is absolutely raw and completely disgusting! 😡😡😡😡😡
