Was at Hardee's today and got a grilled ham and cheese thick burger . As I was eating it and did I mention to say that it was the first thing I've had all day I just so happened to look down before I took my next bite and saw a piece of receipt paper inside the ham that was on my burger . We came to Hardees today in Calera, AL not only did the cashier get our order wrong we had to wait 5 mins for the manager to cancel it so she could start over then she again got 1 part of our order wrong and told us the manager wouldn't cancel it again I had to order something I really didn't even want. Then we ordered two shakes and both shakes were basically water. We couldn't even drink them when we told the girl who made them all she said was well it's been in the kooler idk if it's working right... Really come on, horri... read more
Wish I can give it no stars. Last time I ever visit this food establishment. the guy that was making my burger in the back decided to rub his nose and fix his hair with his gloves on and then continue to make my sandwich and everyone elses. need a check on your personal hygiene issues at this location!
