No service. One on phone, one pretending to work drive through, one pretending to cook though no one had been waited on and one more concerned with some dude that she finally went outside with. We left and plan to never return!
Not only did it take over 5 minutes to get from ordering to the window, but my order was wrong. I ordered a low carb thick burger because I’m allergic to bread, and made it home with a burger on a bun. I even checked the receipt and it was properly rung up. I now have no lunch and am starving! �
I waited 24 minutes in the drive-thru today. Ridiculous. Management needs to do better if they value their regular customers.
Worse device screwed up order twice no apologies. Staff hanging out talking laughing. Horrible place. Do not go. Manager did not even apology.
Have yet to even be able to order. First time I waited at the drive through for someone to take my order. No one came and the place looked abandoned in the early am. 2nd time was yesterday at 10:45am. 15 minutes into lunch. They asked if I wanted a pork chop biscuit. I asked if it was lunch yet. After a long pause, I was told "we are behind". Get a new staff or shut this joke of a restaurant down. Wendy's got my business.
Ladies' Restroom need some attention. Service was good!
Worst fast food joint I've ever been too. The longest wait, the worst staff, and my order is always wrong. There is always an argument between the staff and at least one customer in here. It needs to be shut down. Last time here.
