So I goto Hardee's this morning. Never in my life have I ever been rushed to place an order because it was running up their drive thru time! I also work at a restaurant with a drive thru and I did when I was 16 to 18 as well. When they ask for your order and you say just a moment please you allow the patron time to decide what they want. RecommendedI just wanted to thank this location for always making my low carb sandwiches perfectly! I went to another location at the New Loves Truck Stop in Oak Grove and ordered a big hot ham made low carb and for a bowl full of liquid, ham and cheese all melted to the bottom of the bowl. No lettuce. Your location is far superior and takes pride in their work and customers:

Do not donate money to the guy with face tattoos in the drivethru. This Hardee's has no donation program going on currently and your money is not going to charity.
They are so rude in there. Told them their breakfast menu wasn’t showing & the lady was rude about it then I got my food with 4 pieces of hair in it. So nasty!��
The past four or five times Ive been here it’s been great!! Gotta give credit where it’s due 😊 especially since the fast food in Hopkinsville, is sometimes not so great...Hardee’s please keep it up 👍 thank you!!! 😊😊
I just visited our Hardee’s here in Hopkinsville. We listened to the cashier talk for 3-5 minutes before asking for our order. I mentioned no cheese several times because I know it is easy to forgot, like who doesn’t eat cheese on a burger? We asked for two combo meals and were charged for each item individually. Their Dr. Pepper was out so i asked for sweet tea and received unsweet tea. We then waited 15min for our food being the only people within 10 feet of the building.
