I was almost done with my burger. one bite left. I saw something hanging out of it. pulled it out. GIANT wad of hair and...I don't know what. scab? dirt? who knows, but I've never had anything like this happen before and I hate leaving bad reviews....that was disgusting.

I do not like it very much, but, I eat there all most every day for lunch, because my mom likes it so much. Now she talks about the fries, 'cause of the skin left on, says I bet the bottom of the fryer is really dirty. The buns are to sweet. I guess it is there or we don't eat
I don't normally complain on fb about my fast food .but dang people just got on my last half of my last nerve..ordered the original thick burger( no cheese ).so I get to the window 15 minutes later finally get my order.guy sais sorry but he put cheese on it so I had him make another.so I'm like ok..whatever..anyway get home and guess what is on my thick burger with no cheese..I mean really.your still gonna put cheese on it a second time around..thanks thanks so much!!
Horrible service with an attitude. They up charged several of my items without offering the base price as an option, then got crappy when I politely asked why the bill went from $5.59 to $10.05. I told them that I wasn't willing to pay over $10 for breakfast, so one of the girls asked, "So what do you want to do?" twice. No offer to correct it or downsize my order to the original meal that I asked for. Nothing. After a minute or so of attitude, I just said "Forget it" and drove off. Filthy. Never again. Flies, dust... The napkin holder was caked in filth... Literally, they must never clean.
