Dr. Bal always takes the time to explain test results and/or recommendations of care. She listens to her patients and takes their concerns or questions in a courteous and professional manner. I like and respect her manner as I have been to some doctors who half listen and speed through the visit without really looking at your chart. Dr. Bal has your record open and discusses your test results thoroughly. I have been with Dr. Bal since the late 90's. She is a good doctor.

There was no visit. I injured my leg. Called for appointment and was told she wasn’t on my insurance. She WAS on my insurance but wouldn’t see me. I ended up in emergency room. Now I am trying to get a follow up with her and still getting put off. What a disgrace to the profession.
This was my first time to visit Dr. Bal and my first time in this clinic. The clinic was very clean and the staff super friendly. Dr. Bal spent quite a bit of time with me and never made me feel rushed. I felt like she genuinely cared about my well being. She listened to everything I had to say and to all of my concerns. So glad I made the decision to change over to her. I would be happy to recommend her to family and friends.
Dr. Bal was so attentive and patient with me. I was transferring my chart to her office and had several things to go over. She took time to listen and to ask me questions. As a Medicare patient I have seen many doctors but she is definitely the best PCP I’ve seen in the last decade.
First visit very thorough as expected. Prompt notification of results and timely follow-up.
