I was a patient at Torrance Memorial Physician Network, and over the years I saw several different doctors. Unfortunately, I did not always feel that I was treated well. One time, when I had a bad cough and flu-like symptoms (not COVID), some of the staff treated me poorly, as if I had a contagious disease. Dr. Chohan scheduled a video visit with me and then asked me to come into the office. She treated me with kindness, respect, and dignity, the way every patient should be treated.
